RETURNS
We accept returns for up to 45 days from the date of purchase. To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return.
To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition and packaging. We cannot accept returns for items that have been used or damaged by the customer. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label.
Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect. If the item is defective or incorrect, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
REFUNDS
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return requirements. If the item is in its original condition, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Please note that the original shipping fee is non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect. Additionally, we do not offer exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, you must return the original item and place a new order for the replacement.

CANCELLATIONS

Please note that personalized or customized items cannot be canceled or refunded once production has begun.
